By using our website, sending an inquiry, requesting a quotation, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please contact us before proceeding with an order.

"We", "us", and "our" refer to Barqon Industries. "You" and "client" refer to any person or business contacting us or purchasing our services.

Services & Orders

Barqon Industries provides clothing and garment manufacturing services. Depending on the agreed order, our services may include:

• Custom clothing and garment production.
• Sample development and product customization.
• Fabric sourcing, labeling, and packaging.
• Quality checks and shipping coordination.

All orders are subject to written confirmation, agreed specifications, pricing, production capacity, and minimum order quantities. We may decline an order if its details are incomplete or cannot be agreed.

Pricing & Payments

Prices are confirmed through a quotation and may depend on product design, quantity, fabric, customization, packaging, and other requirements. Unless stated otherwise, quotations remain valid for 30 days.

For first-time orders, the standard payment arrangement is a 50% deposit to confirm the order and the remaining 50% before shipment. Any different arrangement must be agreed in writing.

Shipping costs, customs duties, taxes, and special services are not included unless specifically listed in the quotation. Production may be delayed if a required payment is not received on time.

Production & Delivery

Production begins after order details, required payments, and any necessary samples or specifications have been approved.

• Sampling usually takes around 7–10 business days after confirmation.
• Bulk production usually takes around 30–45 days after the deposit and required approvals.
• Actual timelines may vary according to order size, product complexity, and material availability.

Delivery dates are estimates unless confirmed otherwise in writing. Delays may occur due to shipping carriers, customs, material shortages, natural events, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Quality, Returns & Cancellations

We aim to manufacture products according to the specifications and samples approved by the client. Minor differences in color, fabric, or measurements may occur within normal manufacturing tolerances.

If you believe your order has a manufacturing defect, contact us within 7 days of receiving the goods and provide clear photographs and order details. We will review the issue and discuss an appropriate remedy, where applicable.

Returns are not normally accepted for changes of mind, client-approved design errors, or minor variations within agreed tolerances. Order cancellations and related costs must be discussed with us. Completed or in-progress production may be chargeable.

Samples & Approval

Sample costs, shipping charges, and any sample-credit arrangements will be confirmed before work begins. Clients should carefully review samples, sizes, colors, artwork, and specifications before approving bulk production.

Changes requested after approval may affect the final price and production timeline. Written approval is recommended so both parties have a clear record of the agreed requirements.

Designs & Intellectual Property

Clients are responsible for ensuring that any logos, artwork, designs, or trademarks they provide are theirs to use or that they have permission to use them.

Client-provided designs and business information will be used for discussing and fulfilling the relevant order. Please tell us in writing if you have specific confidentiality requirements before sharing sensitive materials.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Barqon Industries is not responsible for indirect losses, loss of profits, or delays caused by events outside our reasonable control.

Any remedy for a confirmed manufacturing issue will be discussed based on the order, the evidence provided, and the applicable agreement. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The latest version will be published on this page with an updated date.

Any order-specific terms agreed in writing will apply to that order where relevant. These terms are intended to be governed by the laws of Pakistan, subject to applicable legal requirements.
